Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Decova safe and fair, you agree not to:

• Upload photos you don’t have the right to use, or photos of people without their permission.
• Upload sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or anything involving minors.
• Use designs to mislead buyers or renters: hiding or removing defects (cracks, damp, damage, structural problems), changing the view, or presenting staged photos as real without disclosure.
• Remove the “Virtually staged” label or AI-generated metadata where the law requires it.
• Present floor plans, renders or estimates as approved, signed or measured drawings, or submit them to an authority as such.
• Create accounts in bulk, farm free credits, or share accounts to get around plan limits.
• Scrape, overload, probe or attack the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, or reverse engineer it.
• Resell access to Decova without a written agreement with us.

We may remove content, pause designs or suspend accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities. Report abuse to abuse@decova.app.
